We will refund all ticket purchases once we have received a refund request. We will ensure
a full refund (less bank and transaction charges) is made within 2 business days, dependent
on the following criteria:
The request is received at least 24 hours before the lottery close (the lottery close date is
listed in the “terms and conditions” of the lottery).
The refund is processed to the original payment credit card. If the ticket purchase was paid
for by bank account transfer, we will need the bank account name and full number to be
able to process a refund.
All tickets received for that purchase will be re-entered for sale within the lottery and the
refund applicant relinquishes all/any claim to resulting prizes at the lottery draw.
